How does Pinglist work?
You create a “watch” for a listing, price, page, or release on a supported source. Pinglist checks it automatically and sends you a notification when something changes — a new listing, a price drop, or a restock. Your alerts collect in the Activity tab. Always confirm details on the original source before you act.
Do I need an account?
No. Pinglist works the moment you open it using an anonymous, device-based account. You can optionally sign in with Apple or Google so your watches sync across devices and survive a reinstall.
I’m not getting notifications.
- Make sure notifications are enabled for Pinglist in your device Settings.
- Check that the watch is active and that the source still has the page/listing available.
- Some sources change slowly or rate-limit checks, so alerts can take time to arrive.
- Still stuck? Email us with the watch name and we’ll investigate.
How do I manage or cancel Pinglist Pro?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play and auto-renew until canceled. Manage or cancel anytime:
- iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pinglist.
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pinglist.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by the app store that processed your purchase.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your watches, alerts, and profile. You can keep using Pinglist afterward with a fresh anonymous account. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and why.
Is Pinglist affiliated with the sites it watches?
No. Pinglist is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any source it can monitor. All product names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners.
